DELIVERY
Our Units uses the following distributors for delivery:
- Denmark: GLS
- Norway: Bring
- Rest of Europe: UPS
- Rest of the world: DHL/FedEx
We deliver free of charge to all countries within the EU.
For non-EU countries, shipping is free for purchases over 500 DKK. For purchases under 500 DKK, delivery costs DKK 75, NOK 100, EUR 10
For the rest of the world, delivery costs DKK 150, NOK 240/EUR 20 regardless of the size of the order.
Delivery time is generally 1-5 days depending on where you live.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from ourunits.com, you are welcome to return the item. It's easy to return an item to our webshop and we offer a 30-day return policy.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you are from an EU country:
Returning an item purchased on ourunits.com is free and very simple, just follow these steps:
1. Pack the item in the same packaging as when you received it and enclose the delivery note or order confirmation.
2. Attach the enclosed return label to the parcel, making sure it covers the existing label
3. Deliver the parcel to the nearest parcel shop, remembering to use the same logistics partner as when ordering. Make sure you get a receipt for your return.
Our Units will pay for the return of your order if you use the return label provided. You can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt, via the same payment method.
Please note that it may take longer if you have used Mastercard for payment.
Are you from a country outside the EU?
If you have purchased from a country outside the EU, you pay the shipping costs for returning and exchanging your purchase.
For non-EU countries (including Norway and the UK), it costs DKK 75/NOK 100/EUR 10 to return and exchange your order.
For countries outside Europe, it costs DKK 150/NOK 240/EUR 20 to return and exchange.
No matter where you've shopped from, it's easy to set up a return via our returns portal:
1. Log in to our returns portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.
2. Select the items you want to return and choose a reason for the return. Please note that you will only be refunded for the products you have registered in the returns portal.
3. You can reuse the Our Units packaging that your order was sent in when packing the returned goods.
4. Drop off the parcel at the nearest drop-off point, remembering to use the same logistics partner as when ordering. Remember to ask for a receipt with a parcel number when you drop off your return. This is your insurance in case the parcel is lost.
The return time takes 4-5 days and you can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take longer if you have used Mastercard for payment.

EXCHANGE
It is possible to exchange an item for another size if we have the desired size in stock.
For EU:
Simply write a note on your return label and if we have the requested size in stock, we will send you a new pair free of charge.
For the rest of the world:
If you purchased from a non-EU country or a country outside the EU, you pay for the shipping costs when returning and exchanging your purchase.
- For non-EU countries (including Norway and the UK), it costs DKK 75/NOK 100/EUR 10 to return and exchange your order.
- For countries outside Europe, it costs DKK 150/NOK 240/EUR 20 to return and exchange.
If you are from a non-EU country, click HERE to access our returns portal. Enter your order number and the email you used when you ordered your goods and follow the instructions on the page. Please note that a shipping fee will be added.
