'Hailey' are formal trousers with pleats elegantly continuing their course to the ankles in the shape of pintucks designed to beautifully define the legs. They're high–waisted and accentuate the waist and hips. They have a build–up waistband shaped in the seams, with belt loops positioned below the top edge so the fabric won't skitter below the belt.
