Refund policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please remember that the returned item must be in unused condition and with the original labels and hangtags still attached.

Follow these steps to return or exchange your item:
Register Your Return
If you make your return from Denmark please use our local online ombytnings- og returportal .
All other markets please use our international online exchange and return portal.
Enter Your Details
Fill in your email address and order number
Select Items for Return
Choose the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return
Receive and Use Your Return Label
You will receive a return label, which you can use to send your item(s) back
Refund Process
Once we have received your return, you will be refunded for the item(s), minus a handling and shipping fee. (see below)

EXCHANGES
We aim to make your return and exchange process as simple as possible. Within the return period, you are free to exchange your item for any other item via our return and exchange portal.
Once you’ve registered your return/exchange in the portal, you’ll receive a return label by email.
Please note that exchanges are subject to a handling and shipping fee of DKK 45.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be issued via the same payment method you used, within 14 days after we have received your returned items.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be transferred to your bank account within a few days.
